33-year-old Willie Simmons, Jr. was found just inside the front door of his Silver Bluff Road home in Aiken, South Carolina, bleeding from a gunshot wound to his chest. A witness reported seeing a person standing next to a car at the edge of the road, firing a rifle toward the home.
