William Clapp Jr, 76, also known as "Junior" was found with a gunshot wound to the back of his head, slumped over the kitchen table in his Roberts, WI farmhouse at approximately 12:30 a.m. on April 25, 1993. William's family continues to advocate for him, while working with law enforcement and seeking justice.
