On October 25, 1980, Violet Newman was last seen walking towards her car after completing her work shift at May D&F in the Southglenn Mall in Centennial, CO. Her car was found several blocks from her home. The next day, hikers in Castlewood Canyon discovered the body under some debris. The case has gone unsolved since 1980 and her family has continued to advocate for Violet.
