Timothy Carl Borman Sr., 29, was found deceased in his backyard on East 21st Avenue in Lake Station, Indiana, on February 14, 2001. He had been shot multiple times. Investigators stated the incident appeared to have begun inside his home, but he was discovered outside in the yard by students walking to school. His family continues to live with this loss, and they deserve answers, accountability, and peace.
