Case Description
Thomas Morris III, 17, was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling south, while crossing RT. 2 in South Kingstown, R.I. on April 15, 1995 just after midnight. Tommy was leaving after a night of hanging out with friends at Barber's Pond. His family continues to seek justice, while advocating for him.
