Case Description

On December 8, 2004, sometime before 8pm, 49-year-old Thomas "Tom" Fazy was shot several times at his office, located at 3824 W. 147th Street in Midlothian, IL. There was no sign of forced entry or struggle. Tom's family continues working with law enforcement, while advocating for him and seeking justice in the 20 year old crime.
