Case Description
On February 5, 2023, Terri Miller, 62, was found at the 20 block of Loxley Rd in Portsmouth, Virginia. She has suffered injuries from a firearm. Terri was taken to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries on February 7, 2023. Surveillance video was discovered that showed two suspects at the crime scene. They were wearing black hoodies and facemasks. Law enforcement says one of the suspects was holding a catalytic converter. Terri Miller's homicide remains unsolved. Terri's family continues to advocate and fight for justice in her case.
