On May 11, 1998, Sylvia Dowdell, 38, was found with multiple gunshot wounds under a bridge on Macon County Road 22 in Tuskegee, Alabama. She was missing for about a week before her body was found. Sylvia's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in her case.
