Case Description
On February 24, 1989, Sharon Blackburn was found beaten to death in a ditch at the end of Vause Road, near Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in southern Franklin County, Ohio. Sharon was going out with some friends prior to her murder, but did not come back home. 4 days later, Sharon was found in a ditch by a man who was going out for his morning walk. Sharon’s family continues to advocate for her and seeks justice for the past 35 years.
