On October 31, 2017, around 10:35 P.M., police responded to a call about a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Shantell Pollard, 19, in the passenger seat of an SUV. She was unresponsive and was bleeding from a wound on her head. Shantell was brought to the hospital where she ended up passing on November 3, 2017, due to complications from her injuries. Her homicide remains unsolved, and her family continues to advocate and seek answers in her case.
