In the early morning of July 21, 2000, Shannon Madden walked with two acquaintances near the 2700 block of Bracy Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was reported that Shannon decided to take a break and let the other two individuals keep walking after a disagreement. Shannon was later found along the road with significant head and neck injuries. The acquaintances with Shannon that night stated that they observed an older model, dark brown, Chevy or GMC truck with ladder racks drive past them.
