On Saturday October 31, 2009, at 1:46 A.M. Shamir Garnel's body was found lying in the bathroom of the Out Post American Legion Hall after he had been murdered. Shamir was attending a Halloween Party at this location when the murder occurred. Shamir's family continues to advocate for him and hope to one day get answers to their loved one's homicide.
