On March 22nd, 1976, Ruby Sherman’s body was found in her eastside Tucson, Arizona home at 5242 E. 7th Street. Her body was found on her bed with multiple stab wounds and unresponsive. Ruby had been babysitting her grandchildren and was fine when family saw her around 8:45 that morning. Ruby’s son arrived at the home around 11AM and found her body, alerted police to the home. Ruby’s family has waited nearly 50 years for judicial resolution in this unsolved case.
