Case Description
On December 15, 2001, Reading Police responded to a shooting in the 700 Block of Bingaman Street in Reading, Pennsylvania, around 2:30 am. When police arrived, Rolando Ortiz-Benitez, 29, was lying in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. At the scene, authorities found multiple 9mm and .45 caliber shell casings. Shortly after, Rolando succumbed to his injuries. Rolando's case is unsolved, and the family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
