Case Description
Roderick Earl Gray Jr., 26, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of October 15, 2022 in the 200 block of 4th Street North, in Birmingham, AL. At around 2:40 a.m. that morning, Birmingham police officers were working off-duty at a nearby nightclub called The Playhouse when they were alerted of a person shot nearby. Officers found Roderick unresponsive in an alleyway. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Roderick's family continues seeking justice, while advocating for him.
