Robert "Bob" Raines was in the driveway of his home at 2785 Reyes Lane in Tracy, California, when he was shot in the head on November 24, 2012, around 8:45 p.m. Bob was transported to a local hospital, where he survived his injuries, but leaving him with a traumatic brain injury. On October 31, 2022, Bob passed away due to complications from the gunshot wound to the head. Tracy Police Department investigators are still seeking public assistance to find out who is responsible for the shooting in 2012.
