On February 15, 1988, Robert Easter, 26, was found lying on his back on the 1400 block of Duval Road in Jacksonville, Florida. Robert was shot and was injured in the head and left eye. Robert's homicide remains unsolved and his family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
