Over a decade later, his daughter, Angela Peck, is still seeking justice in her father’s case. Peck says that she always saw her father as the coolest dad ever. He worked on cars for as long as she can remember, and having a mechanic for a father who was able to teach her skills like how to change tires and how to put new windshield wipers on has always come in handy. “Honestly, it was kind of funny because my husband’s car needed wiper blades… and he’s like, ‘I don’t know how to do that,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, I do.
