On September 10, 1996, around 5:30 P.M., Robert "Allen" Blake, 25, and his co-worker were found by the co-owner of Delta Trade and Pawn on South Rosser Street in Forrest City, Arkansas. Both workers had died due to gunshot wounds. Robbery was not a motive, as nothing was stolen from the business. Suspects were charged with the homicide, but the charges were eventually dropped. Robert's homicide remains unsolved. Robert "Allen" Blake's family continues to advocate and fight for justice in his case.
