Ricardo Martinez De Dios, also known as Richard, was fatally shot in the 3700 block of E. Owens Avenue, near Pecos Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 13, 2023. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was first on the scene and secured the area before handing the investigation over to the North Las Vegas Police Department. Ricardo's case remains unsolved, and his family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
