Case Description
On June 21st, 2001, Randall P. “Randy” Buchanan, 42 was found deceased in his 7th Ave apartment in Altoon, Pennsylvania. Randy's body was found lying face down in his living room with atleast two blows above his waist. Blunt force trauma was reported as the cause of death. Randy was deaf, with limited ability to speak. Randy's family continues to advocate and seek answers in his case.
