On April 26, 2020, Phillip Steelman,22, was shot and killed following a birthday party on 582 Staffordshire Drive East in Jacksonville, Florida. Police indicated that a silver Ford Mustang pulled up, opened fire, and sped off. Philip's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in his case.
