Case Description
On July 3, 2018, Perry Setler, 54 was found in a wooded area near his home in the Parkview neighborhood of Grafton, West Virginia. Perry suffered a gunshot wound to his head and the West Virginina Ooffice of the Chief medical Examiner ruled it a homicide. Law Enforcement did reveal that the bullet fragment that killed Perry had struck something else prior to hitting Settler, indicating a richocet. Witnesses also reported hearing a gunshot around the time of Settler's death. Perry's family continues to advocate and seek justice for his case.
