Permon “Gene” Gilbert, 46, was last seen alive May 22, 1982, in Maysville, OH after completing a service repair call, and his family reported him missing early the next morning. On May 23, 1982, he was found nude & beaten to death. His body had been dumped on the roadside on Swope Road in Bethel, OH. Since 1982, Gene's family has continued to work with law enforcement, while seeking justice, and advocating for him.
