Case Description

On February 17, 1983, 25-year-old Norma Gonzales went missing from the downtown area of Las Vegas, NV where she lived with her infant daughter. After leaving her baby with a babysitter, Norma planned to start her first day with a local business—but she never arrived. Three days later, on February 20, 1983, a family riding four-wheelers discovered Norma’s body in Brownstone Canyon within Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. An autopsy determined she died from a gunshot wound. For over 40 years, Norma's homicide remains unsolved and her family continues to seek justice.
