On Saturday May 22, 2010 at 12:08 A.M., Murfreesboro Police responded to 1401 Eagle Street in reference to a shooting. When officers arrived, they discovered that two adult males had been shot and a third was injured by debris. The shooting occurred in front of the residence. Nathan Morgan Jr., 24, was hit with three bullets and died a short time later at a local hospital. Mr. Morgan was visiting a friend on Eagle street when the unknown suspect(s) shot in to the crowd where he was standing. Investigator are asking anyone with information to come forward.
