Case Description
Natasha Fears, 28, was found shot in the 600 block of West 16th Street early Sept. 21, 2010, in Jacksonville, Florida. Neighbors said they heard a woman screaming, and when they looked outside, they saw a white car take off and Natasha's body on the ground. She died at the hospital.
