Case Description
On March 2, 1990, 59-year-old Milton Joseph Brignac was found on the ground at a boat ramp on Lake Pontchartrain in LaPlace, Louisiana, after sustaining a severe head injury from blunt force trauma. The brutal assault left Mr. Brignac in a coma for eight years before he passed away on July 29, 1998. The coroner determined that he succumbed to the injuries sustained that night and officially ruled his death a homicide. Law enforcement continues to work with the Brignac family as the investigation remains ongoing. Milton’s family has waited decades for answers and justice, holding tightly to his memory and the hope that those responsible will one day be held accountable.
