On June 19, 1993, Michael Gene Gallman, 29, was shot and killed following a minor traffic incident with another motorist in Dallas, Texas. As Michael approached the other driver seeking car insurance information, the other driver opened fire on him. According to detectives, Michael Gallman was shot in front of his car on North Central Expressway. Michael's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in his case.
