Case Description
On April 25, 2013, Michael Carter, 22 was at his West Lawton apartment in Lawton, Oklahoma when he was found lying on the floor inside of his apartment. Michael had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses reported a black, two door Honda Hatchback driving into the parking lot, with three white males getting out of the vehicle shortly before three or four gunshots were heard. Michael's family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
