Case Description
On May 6th, 1997 Matthew David Card, 21 and his wife were returning home from work around 2:00 a.m. on high Street in Columbus, Ohio when they were struck head on by a drunk driver who was speeding. Matthew was pronounced deceased at 2:45 a.m. and died in the car. The driver, Chang Lim was taken to Riverside hospital where his blood alcohol was tested at .18 and shortly after was discharged. There was a warrant out for his arrest and in July 1998, a grand jury indicted Lim, but he has not been apprehended. Matthew's family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
