On April 17, 1999, the body of Martha Mcillwaine, 29, was found floating in the pond at 2900 Block Oakwood Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was reported missing by her family a few weeks prior. The investigator states that her body was being weighed by a concrete block. There has been no arrest made in Martha's case. Her family continues to honor her memory and advocate for her case.
