Case Description
On August 23, 1991, Marshall Ray Butler, 16, was found by the Henrico County Fire Department in a 1979 white Ford pickup truck on the Interstate 64 West ramp onto Mechanicsville Turnpike in Richmond, Virigina. The vehicle's hood was up and the engine was smoking. It was later determined that Marshall died from multiple stab wounds. Marshall's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in his case.
