Mark Buhlman, 17, was ran over on a highway in Atascosa County, Texas on September 26, 1983. Investigators believe he was hit by a vehicle, then an 18 wheeler that did not stop. Since 1983, Mark's family has continued to work with law enforcement seeking justice for him.
