Case Description
On November 9, 2008, Leota Huls,66, was found shot on the floor in a room at her residence on 4514 S 4390 Road in Welch, Oklahoma. Her husband, William "Bill" Huls, 67, was also found shot while sitting in his wheelchair and in the kitchen. Leota's purse was missing from the residence. Law enforcement believe a Smith and Wesson SW9 firearm was used. Leota's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in her case.
