Case Description
On June 4, 2010, Latasha Cheatum, 18, who was pregnant at the time, was exiting I-96 at Wyoming Avenue in a white Pontiac Grand Prix around 2 p.m. in Detroit, Michigan. Latasha was shot in the head by an unknown assailant. She then crashed into the side of a house on the corner of Griggs Street and the I-96 Service Drive. Latasha was transported to a nearby hospital and succumbed to her injuries on June 6, 2010. Latasha's case is unsolved, and her family continues to seek justice and advocate for her case.
