On December 10, 2015, Larry Finney, 47, was shot in the leg around 6:30 p.m. at 122 Benton Street in Pine Point in Springfield, MA. Initially, his injuries were considered serious but stable, and police believed he would survive. However, his condition worsened, and he succumbed to his injuries at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2015. No arrests have been made at this time. Witnesses told police they heard a single gunshot before seeing two individuals in dark clothing running from the scene. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward, as Finney’s family deserves answers and justice for their devastating loss.
