Lafayette Williams was walking at the intersection of Pine Drive and Pickens Avenue in Aiken, South Carolina on the evening of April 3, 2020 when he was the victim of a drive-by shooting. According to reports a vehicle passed Lafayette shortly after 10:00 and opened fire upon him multiple times. He was struck by at least one bullet and died on scene at the age of 26. Lafayette's family continues to honor his memory while ensuring the community knows his case is still unsolved.
