Kevin Slater, 24, was found shot to death while sitting in a car around 9:29 PM on January 13, 1999, at the intersections of Tandy Drive and Cora Circle in Gulfport, Mississippi. He was on his way to work at the Imperial Palace in Biloxi, Mississippi, at the time.
