Case Description
Kalisha Bosier, 18, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in Cedar Park on Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on September 1, 2001. Kalisha, who was 9 months pregnant at the time, was discovered by her sister. Kalisha was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was declared dead at 2:20 A.M. Efforts to save her unborn child, Kayla, were unsuccessful. An arrest was made in Kalisha's case, but the defendant was found not guilty. Kalisha's case remains unresolved, and her family continues to advocate for justice.
