Case Description
Justin Vega, 25, was riding his bicycle to his new job at FedEx on Elder Creek Road in Sacramento, California, when he was struck by a car from behind. It was reported that the driver did not stop after hitting Justin, and that Justin's body was not found until roughly 4 hours after the incident had occurred. No information about the potential driver of the vehicle has been released to the public at this time.
