Joyce Douglas-Coulier was found deceased on August 28, 2000, approximately 50 yards behind the apartment building she shared in Hart, Michigan. Investigators believe Joyce had been killed about a month earlier, on or around July 29, 2000. Her cause of death remains unknown. More than two decades later, Joyce’s loved ones continue to live with unanswered questions and deserve truth, justice, and peace.
