Case Description
Joseph Daniel Irwin’s body was found on July 26, 2017 at S.W. 21st and Arvonia Place and Kingsrow, near West Ridge Mall in Topeka, Kansas. The 18 year old was found about 7:55 PM unresponsive and nude discarded in the street. Topeka Police released a description of a small, hunter green SUV with a roof rack which was involved in this violent act. Joseph was hospitalized in the ICU right after discovery but did not regain consciousness. He died from his injuries on July 28, 2017. His family asks the community for help in providing information to the Topeka police that will help resolve this unsolved case.
