Case Description

On June 24th, 1994 John Haliburton, 22 was shot in the forhead while he was driving on 1-70 near the Emerson Avenue interchange in Indianapolis, Indiana. John was driving a dark blue 1971 Chevrolet Impala westbound on 1-70 when a large dark car pulled alongside him and shot through the window. Troopers stated that they don't know what led to the shooting, but believe John was looking right at the shooter. John's case remains unsolved and his family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
