On December 5, 1998, the Pittsburg Police responded to the report of a woman being found on Industry Rd. The woman was identified as 24-year-old Jessica Frederick, and it was quickly evident that Jessica had been the victim of a homicide. Jessica was last seen in the area of W. 10th St. near Los Medanos St. on December 4, 1998, at approximately 11:30 pm.
