On November 11, 2017, the New Orleans Police Department responded to a sextuple shooting that claimed the life of Je'Ryan Edwards and injured 4 males and 1 female. Je’Ryan, 24, and the five others were shot near the intersection of Forstall and Burgundy Streets in Louisiana.
