Case Description
On August 2, 2006, 83-year-old Jean Roeschlaub was found deceased inside her penthouse condominium in downtown Los Angeles, California. Jean had been stabbed to death. Jean was the co-owner of Clifton’s Cafeteria, a historic and iconic Los Angeles restaurant that had served generations of residents and visitors. She was well known through her connection to the longtime family-operated business and was a respected member of the community. The person responsible for Jean’s death has not been identified, and her homicide remains unsolved. Jean’s loved ones continue to deserve answers, accountability, and justice.
