Jardney Bell was shot at 11:45 p.m. October 31, 2020 on Cortez Street in Thibodaux, LA. Investigators responded to the area after Bell was shot inside his vehicle, which had crashed into a ditch, authorities said. He was transported the University Hospital in New Orleans, where he later died from his injuries.
