Case Description
James Siebert, Mike to his family and friends, left his apartment at 612 Sally Lane in Clearwater, Florida, in the early morning hours of November 2, 2005, to go to work. He was attacked by an unknown person and beaten with a blunt object while in his car in the parking lot. There were no signs of robbery, and James succumbed to his injuries at Morton Plant Hospital. Reports state that his head and forearms received the most damage, which they believe is consistent with a fight. Residents called the police and reported a fight, but no one reported seeing anything. James ' case is still unsolved, and his family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
