James Dillon, 24, was shot and killed on December 14, 2012, during a home invasion robbery at his sister's apartment. The incident took place at the North Vista Apartments, 311 N. Vista Drive, Houston, TX. Since 2012, James' family and loved ones have continued working with law enforcement, while seeking justice for him.
